Shipping policy

Please note that we ship all orders from our UK warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM on Friday, it will be shipped the following week.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact us. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our refund policy comes into effect

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. symmetry cartridges cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Symmetry cartridges is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. symmetry cartridges cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

Once we hand pack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safely. In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, symmetry cartridges does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed
